okay i know i’ve not been here for like 5 years (i’ll be back soon i promise!!) but i’ve been watching brooklyn nine-nine and in this episode there’s a character called svetlana, which made me think that in ‘this side of the blue’ by joanna newsom there is also a character called svetlana - which makes me think: did andy samberg slip that name into the script as a reference to his wife’s music??
